Hosting and technical access

The public pilot portal is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, processes technical connection data such as IP addresses, time, requested address, browser information and referrer to deliver and protect the website. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and accessible website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare operates a global network; processing outside the EU/EEA is possible. Application by email

The form prepares a draft entirely in your browser. Its fields are not transmitted to our servers or saved in a database. Only sending the email from your email app transmits your application to ADVICARO. We then process your business contact details, message and use case to review your application and agree on a possible pilot (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other business enquiries: Article 6(1)(f)). Our email communication uses Microsoft 365. Please do not provide confidential contract content.

Enquiries are deleted once they are no longer needed for their purpose or follow-up, unless legal retention duties or legitimate claims require keeping them. Contractual correspondence is retained as required by applicable obligations. Applying does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Cookies, language and external content

Our website code uses no advertising or analytics cookies, third-party fonts, embedded videos or tracking services. The browser language selects German or English; manual choices are passed in the page URL without a stored language profile. Required security functions of the hosting provider may process browser information. No unnecessary browser storage is used by our form.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@advicaro.com.
