Is the pilot really free?
ADVICARO charges no pilot fee for the 60-day Signarino programme. You pay your own Microsoft 365 licences and Azure usage separately. Admission and the released scope are set out in a pilot agreement before the start.
When do the 60 days begin?
On the date agreed after admission and setup. Applying does not start the trial period or create a paid contract.
What do we need?
A suitable Microsoft 365 tenant with SharePoint Online, an Azure subscription and an administrator with the required active roles. Outlook calendar features require a suitable Exchange Online mailbox. We review exact permissions and prerequisites before setup. On request and by arrangement, ADVICARO can also provide a hosted test instance. We agree on scope, any costs and data handling in advance.
What happens after the pilot?
The free pilot ends after 60 days. A paid annual licence starts only with your explicit order. Successful completion includes a 25% introductory discount on the first licence year. We agree on further use and the handling of test data at the end.
Do we have to become a public reference?
No. Using your company name, logo or testimonial requires separate approval. Your feedback is used to improve the product.
Are AI features included?
The programme covers the Signarino features released and agreed before the start. Planned AI features are not a guaranteed part of the pilot.
